Furthest status analysis

Using the furthest status tracking, you can see where applications tend to stall. For example:

Many applications stuck at applied → You might need to improve your resume or targeting
Drop-off at phone_screen → Consider practicing phone interview skills
Strong conversion from interviewing to offer → Your interview skills are solid
