Profile Settings

Customize your Nico experience by updating your profile settings.

Accessing settings

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Profile.

Available settings

​
Name

Your display name, shown to team members and in application records.

​
Email

Your login email address. Changing your email requires you to contact Support.

Timezone

Your timezone determines how interview times and dates are displayed. Set this correctly so you don’t miss any interviews. Nico supports all standard timezones. Select the one that matches your location.

Language

Choose your preferred language for the Nico interface:
  • English (en-US)
  • Spanish / Español (es-ES)
  • Dutch / Nederlands (nl-NL)
Changing your language updates:
  • The entire user interface
  • All system emails (confirmations, password resets, etc.)
