Notes

Notes help you capture important details throughout your job search. You can add notes to job applications and interviews.

Adding a note

  1. Open a job application or interview
  2. Click Add Note
  3. Type your note and save

What to track

Notes are flexible — use them however works best for you:
  • Before applying: Research about the company or role
  • After applying: Confirmation details, contact person
  • Interview prep: Questions to ask, topics to review
  • After interviews: Key takeaways, impressions, follow-up items
  • Offers: Salary details, benefits, negotiation points

AI agent notes

When AI agents interact with your applications (via the MCP server or CLI), they can also add notes. These are labeled with the agent’s name so you can tell them apart from your own notes.

Visibility

All notes on an application are visible to everyone on your team — team members and career coaches can see and add notes too.
