# Calendar Feed

> Subscribe to your Nico interviews in your calendar app

# Calendar Feed

Nico provides an iCalendar feed so you can see your upcoming interviews in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app that supports iCal subscriptions.

## Getting your calendar URL

1. Go to **Interviews** in Nico
2. Click **Calendar Feed** or find the feed URL in your profile settings
3. Copy the personal calendar URL

  Your calendar URL contains a private token. Anyone with this URL can see your interview schedule. Don't share it publicly.

## Adding to your calendar

    1. Open [Google Calendar](https://calendar.google.com)
    2. Click the **+** next to "Other calendars"
    3. Select **From URL**
    4. Paste your Nico calendar URL
    5. Click **Add calendar**

    1. Open Calendar on your Mac
    2. Go to **File → New Calendar Subscription**
    3. Paste your Nico calendar URL
    4. Click **Subscribe**
    5. Set refresh frequency (every 15 minutes recommended)

  <Tab title="Outlook">
    1. Open [Outlook Calendar](https://outlook.live.com/calendar)
    2. Click **Add calendar → Subscribe from web**
    3. Paste your Nico calendar URL
    4. Give it a name and click **Import**

## What's included

The calendar feed includes:

* **Upcoming interviews** — Subject, date, time, and duration
* **Meeting links** — Video call URLs are included in the event
* **Location** — Physical addresses for in-person interviews
* **Application context** — Which job application the interview is for

## Sync frequency

Calendar apps typically refresh subscribed feeds every 15-60 minutes. New interviews may take up to an hour to appear in your external calendar.
